With advanced degrees in Water Resources, Economics, and Leadership Management, he has led multimillion-dollar sustainability investments, founded an adventure vitality start-up, and conducted global research on high-impact wellness models. Chris blends technical depth with strategic execution and is the architect of Northern Rituals’ scalable, capital-efficient business strategy, aligned with rising demand for community-based wellness.

Ryan is a visionary operator with 16+ years of experience and advanced degrees in Procurement, Public Policy, and Public Administration. He brings a unique blend of strategic foresight, operational discipline, and innovation leadership. With a proven track record of launching and scaling high-performing ventures, Ryan builds systems that maximize efficiency, reduce overhead, and drive sustainable, margin-rich growth. His customer-centric approach and executional excellence make him a key force in transforming wellness into a scalable, investment-ready operation.
Jason Lee
CFO
Jason is an investment professional with 7+ years of experience originating, structuring, and closing custom transactions. Jason holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Duke University. He has led or supported over $100 million in closed financings and advised on $250 million more in the small business, infrastructure, real estate, natural resource, and energy sectors. As Chief Financial Officer of Northern Rituals, Jason is responsible for steering successful capitalization and development of the financial strategy.
