Chris blends technical depth with strategic execution and is the architect of Northern Rituals’ scalable, capital-efficient business strategy, aligned with rising demand for community-based wellness.

Jason is an investment professional with 7+ years of experience originating, structuring, and closing custom transactions. Jason holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Duke University. He has led or supported over $100 million in closed financings and advised on $250 million more in the small business, infrastructure, real estate, natural resource, and energy sectors. As Chief Financial Officer of Northern Rituals, Jason is responsible for steering successful capitalization and development of the financial strategy.
